  • How It Works

It's easy to book a craft activity with us. Here are some useful things to try

    1

Either browse our menu below, or reach out to us for advice

    2

Do you need a drop-in activity or a structured activity with a start and an end?

    3

How many people will be taking part in the activity?

    4

Come to our Georgian townhouse studio. Or we can come to your, or help you find a venue

  • Choose a format

Do you want people to be able to drop-in as and when they like over a few hours? Or do you need everyone crafting from a set time and completing a project together?

    Drop-in activities

Would you like people to be able to come and go as they please, and craft for as much or as little as they like? Then drop-in would suit you. It works great as part of a larger event, or in a breakout area where people come and go.

People spend on average 20 minutes at the activity but can get engrossed for longer, or dip in for 5 minutes

    Timed activities

Are you looking for a more structured event, where everyone starts and finishes as the same time? Activities can last for 30 minutes to 2.5 hours, but all are designed so anyone at all can take part and finish a project they'll be proud of. The pace is gently so you can chat as you go, and there's a clear start and finish point that's perfect if you need a opportunity to address a topic or theme

  • Check your numbers

What are the minimum and maximum numbers of participants?

Our minimum booking number is 10 - but we've never yet hit our maximum! Our team of craft teachers, hosts and event managers is extensive and covers the UK, so we can go big and go nationwide.

When do we need to confirm numbers?

You'll only need to confirm minimum numbers when you confirm your booking by signing the Booking Agreement form. After that, you can't reduce the numbers. If you need to increase the numbers we'll do our best but as it gets closer to the date we can't guaranteed materials or teachers will be available!

  • Choose a venue

Come to us, or we'll come to you. Plus we have venue partners for all sorts of events.

    The London Craft Club studio

The London Craft Club studio can be found at 20 Bedford Square, a luxuriously renovated Georgian town house. It’s a sanctuary where you can socialise, relax, learn a new craft skill, and make something beautiful. We can seat up to 25, and can also provide refreshments and AV on request

    At your venue or event

All our craft activities can be run at your event or venue - in fact we started out as a mobile business so it's in our DNA. Our couriers will deliver all the kit and equipment, and our teachers will set up and style an area for your events

    Our venue partners

We work with Breather, so if you need a larger space than the London Craft Club studio, there are plenty of options. Reach out to us to see if you can take advantage of our partner discounts
